All orders are processed through PayPal for customer protection.
Due to COVID-19 production as been delayed and now takes 20-25 days to process orders. Shipping is also delayed as all mail carriers are taking upwards of a week to deliver mail.
Exchanges and/or refunds are only available if you receive the wrong or a damaged item. Please contact us via email immediately and you will receive a response within 48 hours.
If you you have not received your order within 15 business days:
- Check your tracking number
- If your package is showing as delivered, contact your local post office and open a case. Your best bet is to go to the post office in person, with your tracking number. If they do not locate the package during your visit, they will open a case and give you case number.
- If package is not showing as delivered then contact us with the following info.
Email us at smartbrowngirls[@]gmail.com, with your order number, case number (if applicable), and email associated with the order.
If there is any error on our part, we wish to resolve as quickly as possible in getting you the correct item or a full refund.
